Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship
Effective January 1, 2011, the Real Property Law is amended. The statutory amendments permit real estate licensees to obtain informed, advance consent to dual agency relationships and require agents to provide agency disclosure statements to parties involved in cooperative apartment and condominium unit transactions.

Rossi Living LLC acts as the Sellers Agent or the Landlords Agent on its own exclusive listings, but Rossi Living LLC could also act as a Dual Agent (or dual agent with designated sales agent) representing both the buyer and the seller if both the buyer and seller give their informed consent in writing. Rossi Living LLC acts as the Buyer’s Agent or the Tenant’s Agent when showing other companies’ exclusive listings or open listings.
