FEES FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS AND TENANTS
This fee schedule is provided solely for informational purposes and reflects publicly available information or data obtained from third-party sources. The Broker is not the originator or collector of these fees, makes no representation as to their accuracy or completeness, and has no control over changes, errors, or omissions. In accordance with the FARE Act and other applicable laws, this disclosure is intended to promote transparency and inform prospective tenants of potential building-related costs. The Broker has made every reasonable effort to ensure this information is accurate as of the date above.
I) NON-REFUNDABLE BUILDING & APPLICATION FEES: THESE FEES ARE IMPOSED BY THE BUILDING, THE LANDLORD OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, NOT BY THE BROKER.
1. Move-in Fee: $500
2. Move-out Fee: $500
3. Digital Submission Fee: $65 (for online document processing or portal use)
4. Application Administration Fee: 5% of the above-listed fees (excluding the Digital Submission Fee)
5. Lease Renewal Fee: $225 (subject to change at the building’s discretion)
6. Monthly Pet Fee: $100 per pet, charged as additional rent
7. One-time Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $500
II) REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: THESE DEPOSITS ARE SEPARATE FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Move-in Deposit: $500 – Fully refundable if no damage occurs during move-in
• Move-out Deposit: $500 – Fully refundable if no damage occurs during move-out
III) POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL FEES: THESE MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES
1. Key Replacement Fee: $25 per key
2. Fob Replacement Fee: $50 per fob
3. Renter’s Insurance: Required by building; cost varies by policy provider
4. Parking Fee (if applicable): $400 per month
5. Late Rent / Returned Check Fee: $25 per incident
6. Cleaning/Move-Out Fee: $350 only if the unit is not returned in clean condition
7. Translation Fees: May apply if certified translations are required; costs vary
8. Other Charges: Additional charges may apply in accordance with the lease and building policies.
No fees listed above are charged by the Broker, unless expressly stated otherwise.. Prospective tenants are encouraged to review their lease agreement carefullyand to contact the building management for the most accurate, up-to-date information on applicable fees and policies.
