OPERATING PROCEDURES
Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchasers or Renters of Real Estate Pursuant to Real Property Law §442-H. Rossi Living agents must implement these pre-services procedures uniformly with respect to any prospective buyer or renter.
OUR PROCEDURES
Identification: buyers and renters are not required to provide identification to work with our agents. However, buyers and renters may be required to show proof of identification to: (i) enter our office if required by the building’s security, (ii) attend an open house or a showing at the direction of a homeowner, listing agent, building staff, or (iii) in any other circumstance as directed by a third party, including but not limited to, a seller, landlord, listing agent, sponsor, developer, managing agent, or building security.
Exclusive representation agreement: Rossi Living does not require Prospective Buyers and renters to sign an exclusive representation agreement to work with our agents.
Pre-Approval and proof of funds: Rossi Living does not prospective buyers and tenants to provide proof of funds (excluding source of income), confirmation of a loan or mortgage pre-approval, however a third party, including a seller or listing agent, may require proof of pre-approval, including but not limited to, prior to attending a showing or open house or receiving an offer from the Prospective Buyer. Hard copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures are available upon request at our office in NYC.
