It is expressly understood that no email, attachment, or digital communication from Rossi Living LLC constitutes a binding offer or creates any legal rights.

• Sales: No agreement is binding unless and until (i) attorneys for all parties have reviewed the agreement, (ii) a formal contract is executed by all parties, (iii) fully executed copies are delivered, and (iv) the down payment is cleared and deposited.
• Rentals: A lease shall have no force or effect until it is duly executed by both Tenant and Owner and a fully executed copy is delivered to both parties.

All information, including unit layouts, dimensions, and square footage, are approximate estimates provided on an “as is” basis for guidance only.

• Methodology: Square footage often exceeds usable floor area. Calculations vary by architect, appraiser, and developer; offering plans for cooperatives or condominiums may be outdated or use proprietary measurement standards.
• No Warranty: Rossi Living LLC and its agents do not guarantee the accuracy, express or implied, of any listing data. We assume no responsibility for inaccuracies or actions taken in reliance thereon.
• Due Diligence: Customers are strictly advised to retain a professional architect, engineer, or attorney to verify all dimensions, room counts, and zoning info before signing any documents.

Rossi Living LLC is a real estate licensee and is not permitted to provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

• All users should consult with a CPA, attorney, or financial advisor regarding tax deductibility, closing costs, and legal obligations.
• We reserve the right to modify website content, prices, or withdrawal of listings without notice. We are not liable for viruses, server errors, or third-party interceptions of data.

Never trust wiring instructions sent via email. Cybercriminals frequently intercept emails to send sophisticated, fake wiring instructions. Rossi Living LLC will never ask you to wire funds via email without verbal verification. Always independently confirm wiring instructions in person or via a verified telephone call to a known, trusted number before sending any funds.
