I) NON-REFUNDABLE BUILDING & APPLICATION FEES: THESE FEES ARE IMPOSED BY THE BUILDING, THE LANDLORD OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, NOT BY THE BROKER.
1. Lease Processing Fee: $575
2. Additional Processing Fee: $200 (applies if there is more than one co-applicant or if multiple financial statement forms are submitted)
3. Credit Check Fee: $150 per applicant (18+ years old)
4. International Credit Check Fee: $300 per applicant (payable to Inter-Pro Investigations, if applicable)
5. Digital Submission Fee: $65
6. Application Administration Fee: 5% of the total of the above-listed fees (excluding the Digital Submission Fee)
7. Lease Renewal Fee: $225 (current amount; subject to change at the building’s discretion)
8. Monthly Pet Fee: $100/month per pet as added rent.
9. One-time non-refundable pet fee: $500

II) REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: THESE DEPOSITS ARE SEPARATE FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INTENDED TO COVER POTENTIAL DAMAGE DURING MOVE LOGISTICS.
Refundable Move-In Deposit: $1,000 – Payable directly to the building. Fully refundable if no damage occurs during move-in.

III) POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL FEES: THESE MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR BUILDING POLICIES.
1. Key Replacement Fee: $25 per key
2. Fob Replacement Fee: $50 per fob
3. Renter’s Insurance: Required. Cost varies based on selected policy
4. Late Rent / Returned Check Fee: $25
5. Cleaning / Move-Out Fee: $350 if the unit is not returned in clean condition
6. Translation Fees: May apply if certified translations are required (costs vary)
7. Other Charges: Additional fees may be imposed in accordance with the lease or official building policies. These may vary and are not predictable in advance.
